- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and KPIs through proactive client outreach and engagement.
- Cultivate new client relationships via appointments and consignments, and inform clients about new collection arrivals, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transactions and enhance KPIs.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, updating and managing client profiles regularly.
- Maintain a continuous learning approach by seeking and receiving feedback from colleagues and management.
- Sustain a high level of product knowledge on all collections through company-provided training resources.
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including cycle counts and maintaining visual standards.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring a respectful and dignified environment for all associates.
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client following.
- Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
- Strong work ethic, leadership skills, and team-oriented mindset.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Polished and well-groomed appearance.
- Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
- Capability to climb a ladder and lift packages weighing 5-8 lbs.
1-2 years of previous retail sales experience in a customer service-related field, preferably within the luxury sector.
Salary range of $21.00-$22.00 per hour, plus commission and overtime eligibility.
