1. Manage inbound calls, emails, live chats, and social media messages.
2. Support the business of the online store by placing orders for customers.
3. Facilitate after-sale services for the online store.
4. Assist with omnichannel services available to customers.
5. Support stores with long-distance sales.
6. Ensure all customer queries are addressed both online and offline.
7. Facilitate returns and repairs.
8. Stay fully informed and continuously updated on product and brand information, collections, procedures, and processes across all channels.
9. Uphold Bottega Veneta standards and procedures.
10. Perform any additional duties as assigned by management.

1. Fluency in English, Italian, and French.

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and internet savvy.

Previous experience in the client service field is advantageous.

Degree in Languages or Communication.
