1. Achieve sales targets in alignment with company strategy.

5. Collect and update client information for effective CRM use.

8. Maintain stock organization and monitor stock deliveries and availability.
9. Communicate out-of-stock merchandise and other relevant information promptly.
10. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines.

1. 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in fashion and luxury contexts.

1. Excellent client service attitude.
2. High flexibility to adapt to various client types.
3. Strong communication and empathetic skills.
4. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
5. Fluency in English and Italian.

1-2 years of sales experience in fashion and luxury contexts is preferred.
