1. Achieve sales targets in alignment with company strategy.
2. Efficiently manage time to complete assigned tasks.

5. Collect and update client information for effective CRM use.
6. Foster strong, long-term relationships with clients.
7. Understand luxury fashion, collections, and trends.
8. Advise clients on styling and encourage exploration of collections.
9. Maintain stock organization and monitor stock deliveries and availability.
10. Communicate out-of-stock merchandise and other pertinent information promptly.
11. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines.

1. 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in fashion and luxury contexts.
2. Fluency in English and Italian.

6. Capacity to build a strong and diversified client portfolio.
