1. Achieve sales targets in alignment with company strategy.
2. Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks.
3. Uphold the brand image of Bottega Veneta.
4. Create engaging and emotional client experiences in line with the Bottega Veneta Client Journey.
5. Collect and update client information for efficient CRM usage.
6. Embrace a clienteling culture to build strong, long-term client relationships.
7. Understand luxury collections and fashion trends to advise clients.
8. Work on styling silhouettes and suggest alternative items to clients.
9. Maintain stock organization and monitor deliveries and availability.
10. Communicate out-of-stock merchandise and other relevant information promptly.
11. Apply company policies, procedures, and guidelines.

1. 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in fashion and luxury contexts.

1. Excellent client service attitude.
2. High flexibility to adapt to various client types.
3. Exceptional communication and empathetic skills.
4. Strong team player.
5. Ability to multitask and be flexible.
6. Capacity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
7. Ability to build a strong and diversified client portfolio.
8. Fluency in English and Italian.

1-2 years of sales experience in fashion and luxury contexts is preferred.
