1. Achieve sales targets in alignment with company strategy.
2. Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks.

4. Create engaging and emotional client experiences, adhering to the Bottega Veneta Client Journey.
5. Update and maintain client information for effective CRM use.
6. Foster strong, long-term relationships with clients through clienteling.
7. Understand luxury collections and current fashion trends.
8. Work with silhouettes and suggest alternative items to clients.
9. Advise clients on styling with a creative vision.
10. Maintain stock organization and monitor stock deliveries and availability.
11. Communicate out-of-stock items and other relevant information promptly.
12. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines.

1. 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in fashion and luxury contexts.

2. High adaptability to various client types.
3. Exceptional communication and empathy skills.
4. Strong team player.
5. Ability to multitask and be flexible.
6. Capacity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
7. Ability to build a strong and diverse client portfolio.
8. Fluency in English and Italian.

1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in fashion and luxury contexts.
