1. Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and KPIs through proactive client outreach and engagement.
2. Develop new client relationships via appointments and consignments, and inform clients of new collections, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
3. Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value and improve KPIs.
4. Establish and maintain strong client relationships, updating and managing client profiles regularly.
5. Continuously enhance product knowledge and stay informed on all collections using company-provided training resources.
6. Assist with basic store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cycle counts, and maintaining visual standards.
7. Adhere to company policies and procedures and foster a respectful and dignified work environment for all associates.

1. 1-2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service-related field, preferably in a luxury environment.
2. Proven ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
3. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client following.
4. Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends and news.
5. Strong work ethic, leadership skills, and team-oriented mindset.

1. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
2. Polished and well-groomed appearance.
3. Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
4. Capability to climb ladders and lift packages weighing 5-8 lbs regularly.

1-2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably within a luxury environment.
