- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and KPIs through proactive client outreach and engagement.
- Develop new client relationships via appointments and consignments, and inform clients of new collections, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value and improve KPIs.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships, updating and managing client profiles regularly.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge and stay informed on all collections using company-provided training resources.
- Assist with basic store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cycle counts, and maintaining visual standards.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures and foster a respectful and dignified work environment for all associates.
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service-related field, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Proven ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client following.
- Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends and news.
- Strong work ethic, leadership skills, and team-oriented mindset.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Polished and well-groomed appearance.
- Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
- Capability to climb ladders and lift packages weighing 5-8 lbs regularly.
1-2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably within a luxury environment.
