1. Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and KPIs through proactive client outreach and development of new clientele via appointments and consignments.
2. Inform clients of new collection deliveries, in-store events, and relevant brand initiatives.
3. Utilize Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transactions and enhance KPIs.
4. Build and maintain strong client relationships and update client profile records regularly.
5. Maintain a high level of product knowledge on all collections through continuous learning and training.
6. Assist with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual standards maintenance, and compliance with company policies.
7. Foster a respectful and dignified environment for all associates.

1. 1-2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service-related field, preferably within a luxury environment.
2. Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
3. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
4. Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
5. Strong work ethic, leadership skills, and team orientation.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Polished and well-groomed appearance.
3. Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
4. Capability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
5. Physical ability to climb ladders and lift packages regularly.

1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
