- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client outreach and engagement.
- Develop new clientele via appointments and consignments, while keeping clients informed of new collections, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
- Utilize Bottega Veneta's Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value and enhance customer experience.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships, updating and managing client profiles regularly.
- Continuously seek feedback from colleagues and management to foster a learning environment.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all collections through company-provided training resources.
- Assist with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and general maintenance.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring a respectful and equitable workplace environment.
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
- Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
- Strong work ethic, leadership skills, and team orientation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Polished and professional appearance.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
