1. Exhibit exceptional sales and clienteling skills.

3. Assist Boutique Management in developing and implementing CRM initiatives to expand the store's clientele network.
4. Ensure the store operates efficiently in compliance with internal policies and procedures.
5. Support stock management and maintain inventory accuracy in accordance with corporate guidelines.

1. Proven experience in the retail industry.
2. Ability to cultivate strong and enduring customer relationships.
3. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; bilingual abilities are advantageous.
4. Availability and flexibility to work full-time on a 7-day rotating roster.
5. Passion for career growth within the luxury fashion sector.
6. Experience with Women's and/or Men's ready-to-wear is highly beneficial.
