1. Exhibit excellence in sales and clienteling.
2. Collaborate with team members to achieve business objectives.
3. Assist Boutique Management in developing and implementing CRM initiatives to build a clientele network.
4. Ensure effective store operations in compliance with internal policies and procedures.
5. Support stock management and maintain inventory accuracy in line with corporate policies.

1. Proven experience in the retail industry.
2. Ability to build strong and lasting customer relationships.
3. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Availability and flexibility to work full-time over a 7-day rotating roster.
5. Passion for a career in the luxury fashion industry.
6. Experience with Women's and/or Men's ready-to-wear is advantageous.
