1. Exhibit excellence in sales and clienteling to enhance customer service experiences.
2. Collaborate with team members to achieve business objectives and sales targets.
3. Assist Boutique Management in developing and implementing CRM initiatives to expand the clientele network.
4. Ensure effective store operations in compliance with internal policies and procedures.
5. Support stock management and maintain inventory accuracy in line with corporate policies.

1. Proven experience in the retail industry, preferably in luxury fashion.
2. Demonstrated ability to build strong and lasting customer relationships.
3. Availability and flexibility to work full-time on a 7-day rotating roster.

1. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with bilingual abilities considered an asset.
2. Strong customer service orientation and sales acumen.
3. Experience with women's and/or men's ready-to-wear is advantageous.

Proven experience in the retail fashion industry, with a focus on luxury brands.
