- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client engagement and outreach.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to enhance transaction value and close sales.
- Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with clients, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client profile records.
- Maintain a learning-oriented attitude by actively seeking and receiving feedback from peers and management.
- Possess comprehensive product knowledge across all collections, leveraging company-provided training resources.
- Assist with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and maintaining store standards.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Foster a respectful and equitable workplace environment for all associates.
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
- Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
- Strong work ethic, leadership skills, and team-oriented mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Polished and professional appearance.
- Luxury retail sales experience preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting.
