1. Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client outreach and engagement.
2. Cultivate new client relationships via appointments and consignments, and keep clients informed about new collections, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
3. Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize each transaction and enhance sales performance.
4. Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring client profile records are routinely updated.
5. Maintain a high level of product knowledge across all collections through continuous learning and training.
6. Assist with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and maintaining store standards.
7. Adhere to company policies and procedures, fostering a respectful and equitable work environment.

1. 1-2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service-oriented field, preferably within the luxury sector.
2. Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
3. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
4. Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.

1-2 years of experience in retail sales, ideally within a luxury environment.

Salary range of $22.00-24.00 per hour, plus commission and overtime eligibility.
