1. Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client outreach and relationship-building.
2. Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value and enhance customer experience.
3. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client profiles.

5. Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all collections, leveraging company-provided training resources.
6. Support store operations with opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and general maintenance.

1. 1-2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service-oriented field, preferably within the luxury sector.
2. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
3. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
4. Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.

1. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
2. High level of energy and team orientation.
3. Leadership capabilities and strong work ethic.
4. Polished and professional appearance.

1-2 years of retail sales experience, ideally in a luxury environment.

Salary range of $20.00-22.00 per hour, plus commission and overtime eligibility.
