Bottega Veneta Client Advisor

- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through client outreach and engagement.
- Develop new client relationships via appointments and consignments, while keeping clients informed about new collections, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value and improve performance metrics.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships, updating and managing client profile records regularly.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge across all collections through available training resources.
- Assist with store operations including opening and closing procedures, maintaining visual standards, and ensuring overall store maintenance.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, fostering a respectful and fair work environment for all associates.
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service-related field, preferably within a luxury environment.
- Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales goals and key performance indicators.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
- Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends and news.
- Strong work ethic, leadership skills, and a team-oriented mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain a polished and professional appearance.
- Proficiency in advanced selling techniques such as cross-selling, upselling, and clienteling.
- Capability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
- Ability to climb ladders and lift packages weighing 5-8 lbs regularly.
Previous experience in luxury retail sales is preferred.
Salary range of $20.00-22.00 per hour, plus commission and overtime eligibility.
