- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through client outreach and engagement.
- Develop new client relationships via appointments and consignments, and keep clients informed of new collections, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and other selling techniques to maximize transaction value and improve KPIs.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships, updating and maintaining client profile records regularly.
- Continuously seek and receive feedback from colleagues and management to maintain an open, learning attitude.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge on all collections through various training resources.
- Assist with basic store opening and closing procedures, including cycle counts and light cleaning duties.
- Ensure visual standards are maintained, including merchandise presentation, signage, lighting, and general maintenance.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Foster an environment where all associates are treated with fairness, dignity, and respect.
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service-related field, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Proven ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client following.
- Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends and news.
- Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
- High energy level and team-oriented attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Polished and well-groomed appearance.
1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably within the luxury sector.
Salary range of $23.00-25.00/hr, plus eligibility for overtime and commissions.
