1. Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and KPIs through proactive client outreach and engagement.
2. Cultivate new client relationships through appointments and consignments, and inform clients about new collections, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
3. Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transactions and enhance KPIs.
4. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, updating client profiles regularly.
5. Maintain a high level of product knowledge across all collections.
6. Assist with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and general maintenance.
7. Adhere to company policies and ensure a respectful and fair work environment for all associates.

1. 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
2. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
3. Strong interest in fashion and industry trends.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Polished and professional appearance.
6. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Salary range of $25.00-$27.00 per hour, plus eligibility for overtime and commissions.
