1. Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through client outreach and developing new client relationships via appointments and consignments.
2. Inform clients of new collection deliveries, in-store events, and relevant brand initiatives.
3. Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and other selling techniques such as cross-selling and upselling to maximize transactions and improve KPIs.
4. Establish and nurture strong client relationships, maintaining and updating client profile records.
5. Maintain a high level of product knowledge on all collections through company-provided training resources.
6. Assist with basic store operations including opening and closing procedures, cycle counts, and maintaining visual standards.
7. Comply with all company policies and procedures.
8. Foster a respectful and dignified work environment for all associates.

1. 1-2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service-related field, preferably within a luxury environment.
2. Ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
3. Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
4. Strong work ethic, leadership skills, and team orientation.
5. Polished and well-groomed appearance.

1. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to build and maintain a loyal client following.
3. High energy level and team-oriented mindset.
4. Capability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
5. Ability to climb ladders and lift packages weighing 5-8 lbs regularly.

1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
