1. Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client outreach and engagement.
2. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring comprehensive client profile records are updated regularly.
3. Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value and enhance customer experience.
4. Stay informed about product knowledge and brand initiatives through continuous learning and training.
5. Assist with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and maintaining store standards.
6. Adhere to company policies and foster a respectful and inclusive workplace environment.

1. 1-2 years of retail sales experience in a luxury or customer service-oriented environment.
2. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
3. Strong interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Salary range of $25.00-27.00/hr, with eligibility for overtime and commissions.
