1. Achieve and surpass monthly sales goals and KPIs through client outreach and development.
2. Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and selling techniques such as cross-selling and upselling to maximize transactions.
3. Establish and maintain strong client relationships, updating client profiles regularly.
4. Maintain a high level of product knowledge across all collections.
5. Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including cycle counts and visual standards maintenance.
6. Comply with company policies and procedures.
7. Foster an inclusive environment where all associates are treated with dignity and respect.

1. 1-2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service-related field, preferably in luxury.
2. Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
3. Strong interest in fashion and industry trends.
4. Exemplary work ethic and leadership skills.
5. Polished appearance and strong communication skills.

$21.00-23.00 per hour, plus overtime and commission eligibility.
