1. Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and KPIs through proactive client outreach and engagement.
2. Cultivate new client relationships via appointments and consignments, while keeping clients informed of new collections, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
3. Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value and enhance KPIs.
4. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client profiles are regularly updated.
5. Continuously enhance product knowledge across all collections using company-provided training resources.
6. Assist with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and maintaining store standards.
7. Adhere to company policies and procedures, fostering a respectful and inclusive workplace environment.

1. 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
2. Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve sales goals and KPIs.
3. Proven track record of building and maintaining a loyal client base.
4. Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
5. Strong work ethic, leadership skills, and team orientation.

1. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to maintain a polished and professional appearance.
3. Proficiency in advanced selling techniques such as cross-selling and upselling.
4. Capability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
5. Availability for flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

1-2 years of retail sales experience, ideally within the luxury sector.

Salary range of $24.00-26.00 per hour, plus eligibility for overtime and commissions.
