1. Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and KPIs through proactive client outreach and engagement.
2. Develop new client relationships through appointments and consignments, and inform clients about new collections, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
3. Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value and improve KPIs.
4. Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, updating and managing client profiles regularly.
5. Maintain a high level of product knowledge across all collections using company-provided training resources.
6. Assist with store operations including opening and closing procedures, cycle counts, and maintaining visual standards.
7. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
8. Foster a respectful and fair work environment for all associates.

1. 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
2. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
3. Ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
4. Genuine interest in fashion and industry trends.

4. Polished and professional appearance.

1-2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably within the luxury sector.
