- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and KPIs through client outreach and development of new clientele via appointments and consignments.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transactions and enhance KPIs.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client profile records are routinely updated.
- Maintain a proactive learning attitude by seeking and receiving feedback from peers and management.
- Sustain comprehensive product knowledge on all collections through available training resources.
- Assist with basic store operations including opening and closing procedures, visual standards maintenance, and general store upkeep.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Foster a respectful and dignified environment for all associates.
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service-related field, preferably within a luxury environment.
- Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client following.
- Strong interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
- Exemplary work ethic and leadership skills.
- High energy level and team-oriented mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Polished and well-groomed appearance.
1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
