1. Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs through client outreach and developing new client relationships.
2. Inform clients of new collection deliveries, in-store events, and relevant brand initiatives.
3. Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and other selling techniques to maximize transactions and improve KPIs.
4. Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, maintaining updated client profile records.
5. Maintain a high level of product knowledge on all collections using company-provided training resources.
6. Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including cycle counts and maintaining visual standards.
7. Comply with all company policies and procedures.
8. Foster an environment of fairness, dignity, and respect among all associates.

1. 1-2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service-related field, preferably in luxury.
2. Ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs consistently.
3. Genuine interest in fashion and industry trends.
4. Strong work ethic, leadership skills, and team orientation.
5. Polished and well-groomed appearance.

1. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to build and maintain a loyal client following.
3. High energy level and team-oriented attitude.
4. Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.

1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
