- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client outreach and development of new clientele via appointments and consignments.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value and enhance sales performance.
- Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with clients, ensuring client profile records are routinely updated and accurate.
- Engage in continuous learning by actively seeking and receiving feedback from peers and management.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all collections through available training resources.
- Support management with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and maintenance tasks.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, fostering a respectful and dignified work environment for all associates.
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service-oriented field, preferably within a luxury environment.
- Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
- Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
- Strong work ethic, leadership capabilities, and team-oriented mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Polished and professional appearance.
- Ability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
- Capability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical ability to climb ladders and lift packages weighing 5-8 lbs regularly.
1-2 years of retail sales experience in a luxury or customer service-related environment.
Salary range of $19.00 - $20.00 per hour, with eligibility for overtime.
