1. Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client outreach and engagement.
2. Cultivate new client relationships via appointments and consignments, while keeping clients informed of new collections, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
3. Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to enhance transaction value and close sales.
4. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client profiles are routinely updated.
5. Maintain a high level of product knowledge across all collections through continuous learning and training.
6. Assist with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and general maintenance.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies and foster a respectful and dignified work environment for all associates.

1. 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
2. Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
3. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
4. Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
5. Strong work ethic, leadership qualities, and team orientation.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Polished and professional appearance.
3. Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
4. Availability for closing shifts, weekends, and holiday seasons.
5. Physical ability to climb ladders and lift packages regularly.

1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably within a luxury setting.

Salary range of $17.00-18.00 per hour, with eligibility for overtime.
