- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through client outreach, developing new client relationships, and promoting brand initiatives.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques such as cross-selling and upselling to enhance transaction value and close sales.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client profile records.
- Maintain a proactive learning attitude by seeking feedback and continuously enhancing product knowledge through company-provided training resources.
- Assist with store operations including opening and closing procedures, maintaining visual standards, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Foster an inclusive environment where all associates are treated with respect and dignity.
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service-related field, preferably within a luxury environment.
- Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
- Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
- Strong work ethic and leadership capabilities.
- High energy level and team-oriented mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Polished and professional appearance.
1-2 years of experience in retail sales, ideally within the luxury sector.
Salary range of $17.00-18.00 per hour, plus eligibility for overtime.
