- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client outreach and development of new clientele via appointments and consignments.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques such as cross-selling and upselling to enhance transaction value and close sales effectively.
- Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with clients, ensuring client profile records are routinely updated and managed.
- Maintain a receptive and learning-oriented attitude by actively seeking feedback from colleagues and management.
- Sustain comprehensive product knowledge across all collections through the utilization of company-provided training resources.
- Assist in basic store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cycle counts, and maintaining visual standards.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring a respectful and dignified environment for all associates.
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service-related field, preferably within a luxury environment.
- Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Demonstrated capability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
- Genuine interest in fashion with awareness of industry trends and news.
- Strong work ethic, leadership skills, and team-oriented mindset.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain a polished and professional appearance.
- Mobility on the sales floor for extended periods.
- Capability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical ability to climb ladders and lift packages weighing 5-8 lbs regularly.
1-2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in a luxury environment.
Salary range of $16.00-18.00 per hour, with eligibility for overtime.
