- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client engagement, including client outreach, appointments, and consignments.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques such as cross-selling, multiple selling, and upselling to enhance transaction value and improve KPIs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client profile records.
- Embrace a learning mindset by actively seeking feedback from colleagues and management.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all collections, leveraging company-provided training resources.
- Assist with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and general maintenance.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, fostering a respectful and inclusive work environment.
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service-oriented field, preferably within the luxury sector.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
- Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
- Strong work ethic, leadership qualities, high energy, and team orientation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Polished and professional appearance.
- Experience in luxury retail sales is preferred.
- Ability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
- Availability for closing shifts, weekends, and holiday seasons.
- Physical ability to climb ladders and lift packages weighing 5-8 lbs.
1-2 years of retail sales experience, ideally in a luxury environment.
