1. Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client outreach and engagement.
2. Develop new client relationships through appointments and consignments, while keeping clients informed about new collections, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
3. Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value and enhance client satisfaction.
4. Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client profiles are routinely updated and accurate.
5. Continuously enhance product knowledge across all collections through company-provided training resources.
6. Assist with store operations including opening and closing procedures, maintaining visual standards, and ensuring general store upkeep.
7. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, fostering an inclusive and respectful work environment.

1. 1-2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service environment, preferably within the luxury sector.
2. Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
3. Proven track record of building and maintaining a loyal client base.
4. Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
5. Strong work ethic, leadership abilities, and team-oriented mindset.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Polished and professional appearance.
3. Ability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
4. Capability to climb ladders and lift packages weighing 5-8 lbs.

1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.

Salary range of $21.00-23.00 per hour, plus commission and overtime eligibility.
