- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client outreach and engagement.
- Develop new client relationships through appointments and consignments, while keeping clients informed about new collections, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value and enhance client satisfaction.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client profiles are routinely updated and accurate.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge across all collections through company-provided training resources.
- Assist with store operations including opening and closing procedures, maintaining visual standards, and ensuring general store upkeep.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, fostering an inclusive and respectful work environment.
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service environment, preferably within the luxury sector.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining a loyal client base.
- Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
- Strong work ethic, leadership abilities, and team-oriented mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Polished and professional appearance.
- Ability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
- Capability to climb ladders and lift packages weighing 5-8 lbs.
1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
Salary range of $21.00-23.00 per hour, plus commission and overtime eligibility.
