1. Achieve sales targets in alignment with company strategy.
2. Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients, embracing a clienteling culture.
3. Collect and update client information to ensure efficient use of CRM systems.
4. Create an engaging and emotional client experience, offering best-in-class service in line with the Bottega Veneta Client Journey.
5. Demonstrate understanding of luxury, collections, and fashion trends.
6. Work with silhouettes and suggest alternative items to enhance client discovery of the collection.
7. Maintain a positive approach, contribute to teamwork, and adapt to different personalities.
8. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
9. Keep stock organized, monitor deliveries and availability, and communicate out-of-stock merchandise promptly.

1. 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in fashion and luxury contexts.

1. Excellent client service attitude with high adaptability to various client types.
2. Strong communication and empathetic skills.
3. Effective team player.
4. Ability to multitask and remain flexible.
5. Capacity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and build a diverse client portfolio.
6. Fluency in English is mandatory.

1-2 years of sales experience, preferably within the fashion and luxury sectors.
