1. Achieve sales targets in alignment with company strategy.

3. Maintain and update client information for effective CRM use.

5. Demonstrate an understanding of luxury, collections, and fashion trends.
6. Assist clients in exploring collections by suggesting alternative items and silhouettes.

8. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
9. Maintain stock organization, monitor deliveries, and communicate out-of-stock situations promptly.

1. 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in fashion and luxury contexts.

1. Excellent client service attitude with high adaptability to diverse clients.
2. Strong communication and empathetic skills.
3. Effective team player.
4. Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment.
5. Fluency in English.

1-2 years of sales experience in fashion and luxury contexts is preferred.
