1. Achieve sales targets in alignment with company strategy.
2. Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients, embracing the clienteling culture.
3. Collect and update client information for efficient CRM usage.

5. Understand luxury fashion, collections, and trends.
6. Advise clients on silhouettes and alternative items to enhance their discovery of the collection.
7. Maintain a positive approach, contribute to teamwork, and adapt to different personalities.
8. Apply company policies, procedures, and guidelines effectively.
9. Keep stock organized, monitor deliveries and availability, and communicate out-of-stock merchandise promptly.

1. 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in fashion and luxury contexts.
2. Fluency in English is mandatory.
