1. Achieve sales targets in alignment with company strategy.
2. Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients through clienteling.
3. Maintain and update client information for efficient CRM usage.

5. Demonstrate knowledge of luxury fashion, collections, and trends.
6. Assist clients with styling and introduce alternative items to enhance their understanding of the collection.

8. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
9. Organize stock, monitor deliveries and availability, and communicate out-of-stock items promptly.

1. 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in fashion and luxury contexts.
2. Fluency in English is mandatory.
