1. Achieve sales targets in alignment with company strategy.
2. Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients through clienteling.
3. Collect and update client information for efficient CRM use.
4. Create an engaging client experience in line with the Bottega Veneta Client Journey.
5. Demonstrate understanding of luxury, collections, and fashion trends.
6. Assist clients in discovering the collection by working on silhouettes and suggesting alternative items.
7. Maintain a positive approach and contribute to teamwork.
8. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
9. Manage stock organization, monitor deliveries, and communicate out-of-stock merchandise.

1. 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in fashion and luxury contexts.
2. Fluency in English is mandatory.
