1. Achieve and surpass monthly sales goals and KPIs through client outreach and development of new client relationships.
2. Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transactions and improve KPIs.
3. Establish and maintain strong client relationships, updating client profiles regularly.
4. Maintain a high level of product knowledge across all collections.
5. Assist with store operations including opening and closing procedures, visual standards, and general maintenance.
6. Adhere to company policies and procedures.
7. Foster an inclusive environment where all associates are treated with dignity and respect.

1. 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
2. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
3. Strong interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
4. Exemplary work ethic and leadership skills.
5. Polished appearance and strong communication skills.
6. Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
