1. Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client outreach and engagement.
2. Develop new client relationships through appointments and consignments, and keep clients informed about new collections, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
3. Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and various selling techniques to maximize transactions and improve KPIs.
4. Establish and maintain strong client relationships, updating and managing client profiles regularly.
5. Continuously seek and receive feedback from colleagues and management to maintain an open, learning attitude.
6. Maintain a high level of product knowledge across all collections through company-provided training resources.
7. Assist with basic store opening and closing procedures, including cycle counts and light cleaning duties.
8. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
9. Foster an environment of fairness, dignity, and respect among all associates.

1. 1-2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service-related field, preferably within a luxury environment.
2. Proven ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
3. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client following.
4. Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends and news.

3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Polished and well-groomed appearance.

1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
