1. Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and KPIs through proactive client outreach and development of new clientele via appointments and consignments.
2. Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value and improve KPIs.
3. Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client profiles are routinely updated.
4. Maintain a learning attitude by actively seeking and receiving feedback from peers and management.
5. Sustain comprehensive product knowledge across all collections through company-provided training resources.
6. Assist with basic store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cycle counts, and maintaining visual standards.
7. Adhere to company policies and procedures, fostering a respectful and equitable work environment.

1. 1-2 years of retail sales experience in a customer service-oriented field, preferably within the luxury sector.
2. Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
3. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
4. Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
5. Strong work ethic, leadership skills, and a team-oriented approach.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Polished and professional appearance.
3. Ability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
4. Capability to climb ladders and lift packages weighing 5-8 lbs regularly.

1-2 years of prior retail sales experience in a customer service-related field, ideally within a luxury environment.

Salary range of $23.00-25.00/hr, plus commission and overtime eligibility.
