1. Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and KPIs through proactive client outreach and engagement.
2. Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to enhance transaction value and close sales.
3. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, updating client profiles regularly.
4. Continuously seek feedback to improve performance and maintain a learning attitude.
5. Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all collections.
6. Assist with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and general maintenance.
7. Adhere to company policies and procedures.
8. Foster a respectful and inclusive work environment.

1. 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
2. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
3. Strong client relationship-building skills.
4. Genuine interest in fashion and industry trends.
5. Exemplary work ethic and team-oriented mindset.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to maintain a polished and professional appearance.
3. Strong leadership and high energy levels.
4. Mobility on the sales floor for extended periods.

1-2 years of experience in retail sales, ideally within a luxury setting.

Salary range of $22.00-24.00 per hour, with commission and overtime eligibility.
