1. Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and KPIs through proactive client engagement and outreach.
2. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring regular updates and maintenance of client profiles.
3. Utilize Bottega Veneta's Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to enhance transaction value and improve KPIs.
4. Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all collections, leveraging company-provided training resources.
5. Support store operations by assisting with opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and maintaining store standards.
6. Adhere to company policies and foster a respectful and equitable work environment.

1. 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
2. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
3. Demonstrated interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
4. Strong work ethic, leadership qualities, and team orientation.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6. Polished and professional appearance.

Salary range of $23.00-25.00/hr, plus eligibility for overtime and commissions.
