- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and KPIs through proactive client engagement and outreach.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring regular updates and maintenance of client profiles.
- Utilize Bottega Veneta's Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to enhance transaction value and improve KPIs.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all collections, leveraging company-provided training resources.
- Support store operations by assisting with opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and maintaining store standards.
- Adhere to company policies and foster a respectful and equitable work environment.
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Demonstrated interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
- Strong work ethic, leadership qualities, and team orientation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Salary range of $23.00-25.00/hr, plus eligibility for overtime and commissions.
