- Execute all in-store sales activities and provide high-quality service to clients.
- Develop and nurture client relationships, ensuring exceptional after-sales service.
- Assist the store manager in various operational tasks to optimize store performance.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to achieve sales targets and maximize store potential.
- Foster a cohesive and harmonious team by sharing information and best practices.
- Collect and update client information for customer relationship management.
- Maintain accurate inventory information and ensure proper implementation of store transfer processes.
- Uphold the company's service values and standards at all times.
- Ability to establish long-term, positive relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Previous sales experience, preferably in the luxury sector.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven track record of achieving significant business results.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, challenging, and dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English is preferred.
