1. Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client outreach and engagement.
2. Develop new client relationships via appointments and consignments, and keep clients informed about new collections, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
3. Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value and improve sales metrics.
4. Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, regularly updating client profiles.
5. Maintain a high level of product knowledge across all collections through continuous learning and training.
6. Assist with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory counts, and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies and foster a respectful and inclusive work environment.

1. 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
2. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
3. Strong interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
4. Exemplary work ethic, leadership qualities, and team-oriented mindset.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6. Professional appearance and demeanor.

$22.00-$24.00 per hour, plus overtime and commission eligibility.
