- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client engagement and outreach.
- Develop new client relationships through appointments and consignments, and keep clients informed about new collections, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value and enhance sales performance.
- Build and maintain robust client relationships, updating and managing client profiles regularly.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge across all collections using company-provided training resources.
- Assist with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and maintaining store standards.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring a respectful and equitable work environment.
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
- Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
- Strong work ethic, leadership qualities, and team orientation.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain a polished and professional appearance.
- Proficiency in using selling techniques such as cross-selling and upselling.
- Capability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
- Ability to climb ladders and lift packages regularly.
1-2 years of retail sales experience, ideally within a luxury setting.
Salary range of $17.50-18.50 per hour, with eligibility for overtime and commission.
