- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client engagement and outreach.
- Cultivate new client relationships via appointments and consignments, while keeping clients informed about new collections, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value and improve sales metrics.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships by regularly updating and managing client profiles.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge across all collections through available training resources.
- Assist with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and maintaining store standards.
- Adhere to company policies and foster a respectful and inclusive workplace environment.
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals and key performance indicators.
- Ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
- Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High energy level and team-oriented mindset.
- Leadership skills and strong work ethic.
- Polished and professional appearance.
1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably within the luxury sector.
Salary range of $17.50-18.50 per hour, plus eligibility for overtime and commission.
