1. Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client engagement and outreach.
2. Cultivate new client relationships via appointments and consignments, while keeping clients informed about new collections, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
3. Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transaction value and improve sales metrics.
4. Develop and maintain strong client relationships by regularly updating and managing client profiles.
5. Continuously enhance product knowledge across all collections through available training resources.
6. Assist with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and maintaining store standards.
7. Adhere to company policies and foster a respectful and inclusive workplace environment.

1. 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
2. Proven track record of achieving sales goals and key performance indicators.
3. Ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
4. Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.

1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably within the luxury sector.

Salary range of $17.50-18.50 per hour, plus eligibility for overtime and commission.
