Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets in line with company strategy
- Efficiently manage time to complete assigned tasks
- Represent the Bottega Veneta brand image
- Create engaging and emotional client experiences
- Collect and update client information for CRM use
- Embrace a clienteling culture to build strong, long-term client relationships
- Understand luxury collections and fashion trends
- Advise clients on styling and alternative items
- Maintain stock organization and monitor deliveries
- Communicate out-of-stock merchandise and other relevant information
- Apply company policies, procedures, and guidelines
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience of 1-2 years, preferably in fashion and luxury contexts

- Excellent client service attitude
- High flexibility to adapt to various client types
- Excellent communication and empathetic skills
- Good team player
- Multitasking and flexible
- Ability to work in a fast-moving and dynamic environment
- Ability to build a strong and diversified client portfolio
- Fluency in English
Experience Requirements
1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in fashion and luxury contexts.
