1. Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client outreach and engagement.
2. Employ the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to enhance transaction value and close sales.
3. Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with clients, ensuring up-to-date client profile records.
4. Demonstrate a continuous learning mindset by actively seeking and receiving feedback from peers and management.
5. Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all collections through company-provided training resources.
6. Support management with store operations including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and general maintenance.

1. 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
2. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
3. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.

5. Strong work ethic, leadership qualities, and team-oriented mindset.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Salary range of $25.00-27.00 per hour, plus commission eligibility.
