- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client outreach and engagement.
- Employ the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to enhance transaction value and close sales.
- Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with clients, ensuring up-to-date client profile records.
- Demonstrate a continuous learning mindset by actively seeking and receiving feedback from peers and management.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all collections through company-provided training resources.
- Support management with store operations including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and general maintenance.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

- 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.
- Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
- Strong work ethic, leadership qualities, and team-oriented mindset.

Salary range of $25.00-27.00 per hour, plus commission eligibility.
