1. Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client engagement, including outreach and appointment setting.
2. Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques such as cross-selling and upselling to enhance transaction value and close sales.
3. Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with clients, ensuring client profile records are consistently updated.

5. Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all collections through available training resources.
6. Assist with basic store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and general maintenance.

1. 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
2. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.

5. Strong work ethic, leadership capabilities, and team-oriented mindset.

3. Ability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
4. Capability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
5. Physical ability to climb ladders and lift packages weighing 5-8 lbs.

1-2 years of retail sales experience, ideally in a luxury setting.
