- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client engagement, including outreach and appointment setting.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques such as cross-selling and upselling to enhance transaction value and close sales.
- Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with clients, ensuring client profile records are consistently updated.
- Embrace a learning mindset by actively seeking and incorporating feedback from peers and management.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all collections through available training resources.
- Assist with basic store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and general maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

- 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client base.

- Strong work ethic, leadership capabilities, and team-oriented mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Polished and professional appearance.
- Ability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
- Capability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical ability to climb ladders and lift packages weighing 5-8 lbs.
1-2 years of retail sales experience, ideally in a luxury setting.
