2. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
3. Demonstrated interest in fashion and industry trends.
4. Strong work ethic, leadership qualities, and team orientation.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6. Professional appearance and grooming.
7. Availability for flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays.
